This Privacy Policy describes how Quick Brain Games ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Dotty mobile application ("App") available on Google Play, and the accompanying website www.quickbraingames.com.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please read this policy carefully. By using Dotty, you agree to the practices described here.

Dotty does not require account registration and does not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information directly.

The following data may be collected automatically through the third-party services described in Section 4:

• Device identifiers (e.g., Advertising ID) used for personalised or non-personalised ad delivery (depending on your consent) and fraud prevention
• Approximate location (country/region) derived from IP address
• App usage events and crash reports for analytics and stability
• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks) for ad delivery

Game progress (levels completed, stars) is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to our servers.

We (or our third-party partners) use the data described above to:

• Serve advertisements within the App
• Measure and improve ad performance
• Understand how users interact with the App (analytics)
• Detect and fix crashes or technical issues
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Dotty uses the following third-party services that may collect data independently under their own privacy policies:

Google AdMob
Used to display advertisements inside the App. Where you have given consent (via the in-app consent form shown on first launch, as required by GDPR / EU law), AdMob may serve personalised ads using your Advertising ID. Where consent has not been given — or in regions where consent is not required — AdMob serves non-personalised ads instead. In all cases ad content is limited to Teen-rated inventory (no gambling, dating, or adult-content ads). Device identifiers may be collected for ad delivery, frequency capping, and invalid-traffic detection (fraud prevention).

Google Analytics (website only)
Used on www.quickbraingames.com to understand visitor behaviour in aggregate. No personally identifiable information is shared.

Firebase Analytics (Android app)
Used in the Android app to understand gameplay behaviour in aggregate (such as levels started, completed, or failed and session length). This helps us improve game balance. No personally identifiable information is shared.

Dotty is a minimalist, relaxation-focused puzzle game intended for adults. The App is not directed at, or intended for, anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. The App's target audience on Google Play is declared as 18+.

Game progress stored on your device is retained until you uninstall the App or clear the App's data.

Data collected by Google AdMob, Google Analytics, and Firebase Analytics is retained according to Google's own data retention policies, which you can review at policies.google.com/privacy and firebase.google.com/support/privacy.

If you wish to delete your game progress, you can do so by clearing the App's data. Go to Settings → Apps → Dotty → Storage → Clear Storage.
